Jade Vinson
Jade Vinson, APRN, FNP-C
Founder and CEO of Rhône Theory, Jade is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector with more than 12 years of medical experience.
After beginning her career as a Registered Nurse in 2013, Jade pursued advanced training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, allowing her to combine her medical foundation with a growing passion for aesthetic medicine, regenerative treatments, and whole-body wellness. Her work blends science and artistry, focusing on subtle enhancements that preserve facial structure and support long-term harmony rather than dramatic or trend-driven change.
Jade’s approach to aesthetics extends beyond the surface. With a deep interest in functional and root-cause medicine, she believes that the health of the skin and the aging process are closely connected to internal wellness.
Known for her calm presence and meticulous attention to detail, Jade takes a highly individualized approach with every patient. She believes aesthetic medicine should never feel rushed or transactional. Instead, it should be a collaborative process built on trust, education, and thoughtful long-term planning.

Stephanie Burns Robertozzi, MBA
Co-Founder and COO of Rhône Theory, Stephanie is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development strategist with expertise in digital strategy, branding, search engine optimization, media buying, and market research.
Early in her entrepreneurial journey, Stephanie leveraged her winnings from the game show Wheel of Fortune to launch Chic CEO, a digital platform that grew into a trusted online resource for more than 100,000 female entrepreneurs. She holds an MBA in Marketing and is a respected thought leader in the business space, previously contributing regularly to Forbes Women, Today, and Entrepreneur.
Stephanie has been featured in leading national and global publications, including Inc., Forbes, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, American Express Open, Cosmopolitan, and The New York Times.
Stephanie founded SLIM Therapeutics, a peptide weight loss clinic in Northwest Arkansas. At Rhône Theory, she plays a pivotal role in running the daily operations, marketing strategy, and customer care.
Allison Harrison
RN, BSNAllison is a Registered Nurse Injector and graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. With several years of clinical and aesthetic experience, she blends medical precision with an artistic eye to create refined, natural results. She is passionate about enhancing each patient’s beauty through personalized treatment plans designed to leave clients feeling refreshed and confident. With a strong eye for facial balance and subtle enhancement, she takes an individualized approach to every treatment. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and is a certified medical assistant and phlebotomist. She is passionate about patient care and dedicated to helping everyone look and feel their very best, as well as help them achieve their aesthetic and wellness goals.

She specializes in hormone optimization, weight management, and longevity medicine, focusing on sustainable strategies that help patients feel strong, energized, and confident at every stage of life. When she’s not caring for patients, Arielle enjoys spending time with her newly blended family of four girls. Her adventures often revolve around staying active and exploring the outdoors—whether that’s scuba diving, skiing, cooking nutritious meals, or participating in all things athletic.

Rachel Eddings is a Missouri native and licensed esthetician at Rhône Theory, known for her elevated, results-driven approach to skin health. As a ZO Skin Health Expert, she specializes in corrective skincare and treatments. Crafting highly customized protocols designed to address each client’s unique concerns with precision and intention. Her expertise lies in the treatment of acne, rosacea, and pigmentation, where she focuses on restoring skin function and delivering visibly transformative results.
With extensive advanced training in ZO Skin Health, Rachel takes a protocol-first approach, ensuring every treatment plan is both strategic and tailored for long-term skin correction. She is certified in multiple advanced technologies, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and SkinPen microneedling, allowing her to seamlessly integrate in-clinic procedures with corrective at-home regimens.
